Áridos de Melo has completed the paving of the surrounding streets, which were redeveloped as part of the construction of Parque Ventas (Madrid). Two areas have been paved: in the inner area, Alejandro González Street and Marqués de Mondéjar Street have been paved at their junction with Plaza de América Española, which will provide access to the future park. In the outer area, the streets that have been refurbished are Cyesa Street and Antonio Pirala Street, where a new playground is located, which also provides access to the new Parque de Ventas.

Semi-hot bituminous mixes were used for this work, covering an area of around 5,000 square metres.
